Access to the Careerpilot Reporting Zone
The Reporting Zone
The Careerpilot Reporting Zone is free to access if you are a school or college in the following Uni Connect areas - Future Quest, Study Higher, SUN, GROWS, WIN and Next Steps SW, or are an external subscribing school.
To access information in the Reporting Zone, which will show you the choices young people are making about jobs, qualification and providers and their results from any Careerpilot quizzes that have done e.g. job sectors, Skills Profile, students will need to have registered and completed the activities in the student site by 'tagging' the choices, jobs, etc. they are interested in. They can do this by clicking on the + sign that is top right of most pages. They can also do this by clicking on any of the Career Tools.
Reports can be viewed by individual or by group.
How to request access to the Reporting Zone:
We will contact you with details of the data sharing agreement that you will need to sign, as soon as possible.
Following completion of the data sharing agreement your school will receive a password to the system and details about how to manage the Reporting Zone, including how to access free training and how to set up other staff.
To use the new Pathway Planner you will need Reporting Zone access:
NEW - Pathway Planner Triage Tool - if you have signed up for the Pathway Planner you will need to request access to the Careerpilot Reporting Zone if you haven't done this already so that you can access all Pathway Planner reports and data.
Reports can be downloaded
Reports can be downloaded to Excel.
There are various ways to view reports, by individual or by group. Career Advisers, tutors, etc. can write action points they agree with the student and also add a comment (report) e.g. the career adviser report can be added to the students record, which is visible to the student and any other staff member with access to that student.
