Frameworks to support careers planning

The Gatsby Report

Good career guidance is critical if young people are to raise their aspirations and capitalise on the opportunities available to them. Sir John Holman researched what pragmatic actions could improve career guidance in secondary schools and the Gatsby Foundation is piloting the recommendations with schools.

See the summary of the report which shows the eight benchmarks of good careers guidance that Gatsby is piloting.
