Home Learning Activities (Students)

Home Learning Activities for all year groups

We have put together some activities that students who are working from home can do, to help them find out more about their future options/career.

Each activity sheet prompts the students to work through the suggested activities on Careerpilot and ties in with our PSHE Scheme of work.

Each sheet should take students approx. 1 hour to complete.

More free resources can be found in the adviser zone for KS3, KS4 and KS5 students.

Careers that can help in a coronavirus crisis and which jobs will grow now?

Your students will be hearing in the news about job sectors and jobs that are making a difference in the coronavirus crisis and it might well be they are changing their thoughts about what they might like to do in the future.

We have created a new section in Careerpilot that shows some sectors and jobs that are in the news currently so students can look at them in more detail.

Another impact of the coronavirus crisis is that there has been a big shift in jobs that are growing and declining. We explain a bit more about this and give some examples.
